Support SB7 introduced by Senator Curt Thompson of the 5th-
Senate bill 7 permits qualified patients and/or their caregivers to possess (up to two ounces) or cultivate (up to eight plants) cannabis for therapeutic purposes. It also seeks to allow for the licensed production and distribution of cannabis and cannabinoid-specific preparations to registered patients. Qualifying conditions included under this measure include cancer, HIV, Crohns disease, hepatitis C, seizures, and chronic pain, among others.
